How do the Rechargeable Dehumidifying Boxes function with the dehumidifier?

Each dehumidifier comes with two Rechargeable Dehumidifying Boxes filled with silica gel that absorbs moisture and changes color as it does so. To recharge them, simply place them on top of the dehumidifier and engage the Dry mode for about 3 hours.

Can the Dehumidifying Boxes be dried in an oven or microwave?

No, it is not recommended to heat or microwave the Dehumidifying Boxes. Use only the Dry mode of the dehumidifier to renew them.

How does the Auto Shutdown feature work?

The dehumidifier collects moisture in the water tank, and once it is full, the floater triggers the auto shutdown feature. Before initial use, ensure the floater is at the bottom of its channel.

Why does the plug heat up during operation?

The plug is designed for safety, with a built-in transformer that converts high voltage current to low voltage current for use by the dehumidifier. This process may emit heat but is normal and safe.

WHISPER QUIET & 24H TIMER

With a noise level below 30dB, the dehumidifier supports a Sleep Mode for a quiet operation. The 24-hour timer allows you to set the dehumidifier to shut off automatically, providing worry-free dehumidification even when you are not at home.

2 RECHARGEABLE DEHUMIDIFYING BOXES

The dehumidifier comes with two Rechargeable Dehumidifying Boxes for small enclosed spaces, which absorb moisture without any water seepage. The silica gel particles change color to indicate when they need to be recharged, which can be done by placing them on top of the dehumidifier in Dry mode.
